It's situated in north part of Rajasthan & is bordered with State Haryana & Punjab. It's famous for it's ancient fort which is firmly stand since last more than 1500 yrs. It's residents are also as firm determined as this fort.

Remains of ancient civilization were found in it's nearby small village Kalibanga & a museum for those  articles of ancient civilization found in digging earth are kept in a museum at Kalibanga.

In winter a lot of birds came to lake in nearby village Badopal to  celebrate their vaction.
